Tämä seloste koskee sivustoa web.inunison.fi ja lisäksi prospektirekisteriä, jota ylläpidämme sivustosta riippumatta: jos otimme sinuun yhteyttä ilman että olit ensin ottanut yhteyttä meihin, sinua koskee jälkimmäinen, ja se on kuvattu omassa osiossaan alempana. Pääsivustolla inunison.fi on oma selosteensa, ja siellä oleva yhteydenottolomake kerää tiedot omalla tavallaan.

Mitä tietoja käsittelemme

Käsittelemme näitä: yhteydenottosi, kävijämittauksen ja prospektoinnin. Näistä sivustolla syntyy kävijämittaus. Sivustolla ei ole lomakkeita, käyttäjätilejä eikä kirjautumista, joten yhteydenottosi tulee sähköpostilla tai puhelimella, ja prospektointi ei liity sivustoon lainkaan.

Yhteydenotot

Jos otat yhteyttä sähköpostilla tai puhelimella, käsittelemme nimeäsi, yhteystietojasi ja viestisi sisältöä. Käytämme niitä vain viestiisi vastaamiseen ja mahdollisen yhteistyön hoitamiseen. Oikeusperuste on sopimuksen valmistelu tai oikeutettu etu. Viestit säilytetään niin kauan kuin asian hoitaminen ja kirjanpitovelvoitteet edellyttävät.

Kävijämittaus

Käytämme omaa, itse ylläpitämäämme kävijämittausta (seo.inunison.fi). Se ei ole mainosverkko eikä kolmannen osapuolen analytiikkapalvelu, emmekä myy tai luovuta mittausdataa eteenpäin. Evästeitä se ei käytä.

Mittaus on käytössä kaikilla web.inunison.fi-sivuilla, myös tällä sivulla ja virhesivulla. Esimerkkidemot (/examples/) ovat erillisiä sovelluksia, eivätkä ne lataa tätä mittausta.

Jokaiselta sivulta lähetetään tilastollista tietoa: sivun koko osoite ja se osoite jolta sivustolle saavuttiin — molemmat kokonaisina, eli mahdolliset kampanjatunnisteet (utm-parametrit) ja muut hakuparametrit mukaan lukien — sekä selaimen kieliasetus, näytön kokoluokka, sivulla vietetty aika, vierityssyvyys, ulkoisten linkkien ja tiedostolatausten kohdeosoitteet, tieto siitä mitkä esimerkkidemot avattiin sekä sivun teknisiä suorituskykymittareita. Emme yhdistä näitä tietoja nimettyihin henkilöihin emmekä pyri tunnistamaan yksittäistä kävijää.

Mittaus tallentaa selaimesi omaan muistiin seuraavat tekniset merkinnät:

Nämä eivät ole evästeitä vaan selaimen omaa paikallis- ja istuntomuistia, ja voit tyhjentää ne selaimesi asetuksista. Kielivalintaa ei tallenneta: kieli määräytyy osoitteesta (suomi / ja englanti /en).

Kuten kaikessa verkkoliikenteessä, palvelimemme näkee lisäksi IP-osoitteesi ja selaimesi tunnistetiedon. Oikeusperuste kävijämittaukselle on oikeutettu etu: haluamme tietää, toimiiko sivusto ja löytävätkö ihmiset etsimänsä. Voit vastustaa käsittelyä ottamalla meihin yhteyttä.

Prospektointi ja suoramarkkinointi

Jos otamme sinuun yhteyttä puhelimella, sähköpostilla, Instagramissa tai LinkedInissä ilman että olet ensin ottanut yhteyttä meihin, tietosi ovat tässä osiossa kuvatussa rekisterissä. Kerromme sen myös yhteydenoton yhteydessä.

Mistä tiedot ovat. Yrityksen omilta verkkosivuilta, Google Mapsista, Instagramista, Facebookista, LinkedInistä, Apollo.io-palvelusta, Finder.fi-yrityshakemistosta tai kaupparekisteristä. Ulkopuolisista lähteistä keräämme vain julkisesti saatavilla olevaa tietoa. Emme osta valmiita osoitelistoja emmekä arvaa sähköpostiosoitteita nimen perusteella. Kerromme yhteydenotossa sen lähteen, josta tietosi tosiasiassa poimittiin. Kaikki muu rekisterin sisältö syntyy meillä eikä ole peräisin julkisesta lähteestä: oma havaintomme, poimintapäivä, yhteydenoton tulos ja mahdollinen kieltosi. Ne on lueteltu seuraavassa kohdassa.

Mitä tietoja. Yrityksen nimi ja yhteystiedot, toimiala ja koko, sekä nimetyn päättäjän kohdalla nimi ja rooli. Lisäksi kirjaamme oman havaintomme yrityksen verkkosivuista tai näkyvyydestä, tietolähteen, poimintapäivän ja yhteydenoton tuloksen. Emme käsittele erityisiin henkilötietoryhmiin kuuluvia tietoja, emme profiloi emmekä tee automaattisia päätöksiä.

Miksi ja millä perusteella. Tarkoitus on tarjota palveluitamme yritykselle, jonka verkkonäkyvyydessä olemme havainneet konkreettisen puutteen. Oikeusperuste on oikeutettu etu. Olemme tehneet ja dokumentoineet siitä tasapainotestin, ja saat sen nähtäväksi pyytämällä. Nimetylle henkilölle lähetämme viestin vain silloin, kun asia liittyy olennaisesti hänen omiin työtehtäviinsä. Muissa tapauksissa käytämme rooliosoitetta.

Kumppaniehdokkaat. Osaan yhteydenotoista liittyy eri tarkoitus: ehdotamme vastavuoroista suositteluyhteistyötä emmekä myy palvelua. Kerromme sen silloin yhteydenotossa erikseen. Oikeusperuste on tässäkin oikeutettu etu, ja sama dokumentoitu tasapainotesti kattaa myös tämän tarkoituksen: etumme on löytää kumppaneita, joiden asiakkaille palvelumme on hyödyllinen ja joiden palveluista on hyötyä meidän asiakkaillemme. Käsiteltävät tiedot ja oikeutesi ovat samat kuin yllä.

Sivuluonnokset. Saatamme tehdä ehdotuksen siitä, miltä yrityksesi etusivu voisi näyttää, ja julkaista sen arvaamattomassa osoitteessa jota hakukoneet eivät indeksoi. Luonnos on merkitty näkyvästi ehdotukseksi, sitä ei ole tilattu eikä hyväksytty, ja kuvat ovat lisensoituja paikanpitäjiä. Poistamme luonnoksen 30 päivän kuluessa julkaisusta tai heti pyynnöstäsi.

Kuinka kauan. Poistamme prospektitiedot, kun mitään vuorovaikutusta ei ole ollut 12 kuukauteen.

Miten kiellät yhteydenotot. Vastaa viestiin "poista minut" tai kerro puhelimessa, ettet halua yhteydenottoja. Voit myös lähettää viestin osoitteeseen hello@inunison.fi. Kirjaamme kiellon heti, ja se estää kaikki kanavat: puhelun, sähköpostin, Instagram-viestin ja LinkedIn-viestin. Emme kysy perustelua emmekä yritä uudestaan. Suoramarkkinoinnin vastustaminen on ehdotonta: emme punnitse sitä mitään etua vastaan.

Jotta kielto voidaan toteuttaa, säilytämme yhteystietosi erillisellä estolistalla pysyvästi. Sitä käytetään vain estämiseen, ei mihinkään muuhun.

Kenelle tietoja päätyy

Emme myy tietoja emmekä luovuta niitä markkinointitarkoituksiin. Käytämme seuraavia palveluntarjoajia, jotka käsittelevät tietoja puolestamme:

Sivuston omat resurssit — fontit, kuvat ja skriptit, kävijämittaus mukaan lukien — tarjoillaan omilta palvelimiltamme. Demot osoitteessa /examples/ ovat ainoa kohta, jossa selaimesi ottaa yhteyden hallintamme ulkopuoliseen palvelimeen.

This policy covers the site web.inunison.fi and, separately, the prospect register we keep independently of the site: if we contacted you without you having contacted us first, that is the one that applies to you, and it is described in its own section below. Our main site inunison.fi has its own policy, and the contact form there collects data in its own way.

What we process

We process these: your enquiries, visitor measurement and prospecting. Of these, visitor measurement is the one that arises on the site. The site has no forms, no user accounts and no login, so your enquiry reaches us by email or phone, and prospecting has nothing to do with the site.

Enquiries

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to you and to handle possible cooperation. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest. Messages are kept as long as handling the matter and accounting obligations require.

Visitor measurement

We use our own, self-hosted visitor measurement (seo.inunison.fi). It is not an ad network or a third-party analytics service, and we do not sell or share the measurement data. It uses no cookies.

Measurement runs on every web.inunison.fi page, including this page and the error page. The example demos (/examples/) are separate applications and do not load this measurement.

From every page we send statistical information: the full page address and the address you arrived from — both in full, including any campaign identifiers (utm parameters) and other query parameters — plus the browser language setting, screen size class, time spent on the page, scroll depth, the target addresses of outbound links and file downloads, which example demos were opened, and technical performance metrics. We do not link this data to named individuals and do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

The measurement stores the following technical entries in your browser's own storage:

These are not cookies but the browser's own local and session storage, and you can clear them in your browser settings. Your language choice is not stored: the language follows the address (Finnish at / and English at /en).

As with all web traffic, our server also sees your IP address and browser identifier. The legal basis for measurement is legitimate interest: we want to know whether the site works and whether people find what they came for. You can object to this by contacting us.

Prospecting and direct marketing

If we contact you by phone, email, Instagram or LinkedIn without you having contacted us first, your details are in the register described in this section. We also say so in the message itself.

Where the data comes from. The company's own website, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, the Finder.fi business directory or the trade register. From external sources we collect publicly available information only. We do not buy address lists and we do not guess email addresses from names. In each first contact we name the source the details were actually taken from. Everything else in the register is generated by us and comes from no public source: our own observation, the date collected, the outcome of the contact and any objection you make. These are listed in the next item.

What we process. Company name and contact details, industry and size, and for a named decision-maker their name and role. We also record our own observation about the company's website or visibility, the source, the date it was collected, and the outcome of the contact. We process no special categories of personal data, we do not profile, and we make no automated decisions.

Why, and on what basis. The purpose is to offer our services to a company where we have found a concrete gap in its online presence. The legal basis is legitimate interest. We have carried out and documented the balancing test, and you can ask to see it. We write to a named person only when the matter relates substantially to their own duties. Otherwise we use a role address.

Partner candidates. Some of our approaches have a different purpose: we propose a mutual referral arrangement rather than selling a service. We say so explicitly in those messages. The legal basis here is also legitimate interest, and the same documented balancing test covers this purpose too: our interest is finding partners whose clients benefit from our service and whose services benefit our clients. The data processed and your rights are the same as above.

Page drafts. We may build a proposal of what your front page could look like and publish it at an unguessable address that search engines do not index. The draft is visibly marked as a proposal that has not been ordered or approved, and the images are licensed placeholders. We remove it within 30 days of publication, or immediately at your request.

How long. We delete prospect data when there has been no interaction for 12 months.

How to opt out. Reply "unsubscribe" or tell us on the phone that you do not want to be contacted. You can also email hello@inunison.fi. We record the objection immediately and it blocks every channel: phone, email, Instagram and LinkedIn. We do not ask for a reason and we do not try again. Objecting to direct marketing is absolute: we do not weigh it against any interest of ours.

So that the objection can be enforced, we keep your contact details on a separate suppression list permanently. It is used for blocking only, nothing else.

Who receives data

We do not sell data or release it for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

The site's own assets — fonts, images and scripts, including the visitor measurement — are served from our own servers. The demos under /examples/ are the only place where your browser contacts a server outside our control.
