Upkeep covers hosting and technical updates. Small content changes such as the price list or the team you make yourselves in the editing view, or we make them on request. The domain is registered in your name and costs about 15 € a year.

Approval and the 50 % invoice.

You send the service descriptions, the team profiles and the photos.

Review and one round of revisions.

Launch, final invoice and the Google profile cleanup. You get the editing view credentials and a walkthrough of how to use it.
Your part is days 1, 2 and 3. After that the work runs without you until the review, when you look at the result and say what to change.
The count starts at approval. If the content arrives later than days 1, 2 and 3, the launch moves by the same number of days. I take two projects at a time. A third one goes in the queue, and you hear the waiting time when we agree on it.
Questions
What do I have to do?
Send the service descriptions, the team profiles and the photos within three days. After that the work runs without you until the review.
Who owns the site?
You do. Ownership transfers when the final invoice is paid, and it says so in the contract.
What about the domain and hosting?
The domain is in your name and costs about 15 € a year. It stays with you even if the upkeep ends later. Hosting is part of the upkeep.
Where do the form messages go?
To your inbox. The form stores no messages on the server, and the site sets no cookies.
What is the content updated with?
With Sanity. It is an editing view in the browser where you change text, images and prices without touching code. The credentials and the walkthrough are part of the delivery. Editing content that already exists is always yours to do; a new content type, view or language is build work and is agreed separately.
What if I want more changes?
One round of revisions is included in both packages. If more come after that, we agree on them separately based on the work involved.
What happens after launch?
The site is live and the upkeep starts. You can cancel it with one month of notice, and you get the site files.
What does upkeep cover?
Hosting and technical updates. Small content changes you make yourselves in the editing view, but we also make them on request. Larger work such as a whole new view is agreed separately.
Can a blog be added later?
Yes. The news section is part of package L and an add-on to package S.
